By creating an account, accessing, or using Intkoach services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using Intkoach, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Intkoach offers the following services:

• JD-based resume generation tailored to specific job descriptions
• Custom cover letter creation based on job requirements
• Follow-up message templates (thank you, check-in, final messages)
• Skill gap analysis comparing your resume to job descriptions
• AI chatbot assistance for career and education-related queries
• Application tracking system with status categorisation
• Personalised dashboard with analytics and visual insights

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach

You may not share your account credentials or transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent.

Intkoach offers subscription-based services with various pricing tiers. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your selected subscription plan
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Current pricing as displayed on our website at the time of purchase
• Our right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment information.

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals or after the 7-day guarantee period has expired.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our AI models
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorisation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

All content, features, functionality, AI models, algorithms, and materials available on Intkoach are owned by Intkoach or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload (resumes, personal information, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Intkoach a limited licence to use, process, and analyse your content solely to provide our services.

Generated documents (resumes, cover letters) are your property, but may not be resold or used to create competing services.

Intkoach uses artificial intelligence to generate resumes, cover letters, and career advice. While we strive for quality:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed and edited by you before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs
• You are responsible for verifying all information in documents before submission
• Results and success rates may vary based on individual circumstances

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits to protect your information.

Our Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third parties.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

• No warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• No guarantees of uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service
• No warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
• No guarantees of job placement or interview success

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTKOACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Unsuccessful job applications or career outcomes

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Intkoach in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account data after 90 days (unless legally required to retain)
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
